Details about how our frames work and how your photos are printed.

? What size are your frames?
Our most popular frames are 8" x 8" acrylic panels. We are actively testing 8 x 10 frames to add some variety and to accommodate different use cases. Coming soon, stay tuned.
? How are the photos printed?
We use high-quality photo printing on premium paper for rich color and detail. Your print is designed to look sharp and vibrant behind the acrylic.
? Can I use my own photo or album art?
Yes! Go to "Custom PlexiPrint" and click on the "Choose Image" box to upload your own image. For best results, we recommend a high-resolution file (we will do our best to upscale if necessary).

Shipping & Orders

🚚 How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
📦 Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we certainly do.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, Shop Pay, ApplePay, PayPal, Venmo, GooglePay.

Care & Maintenance

How to keep your frame looking its best.

✨ How do I clean the acrylic?
Use a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth. Avoid paper towels and ammonia-based cleaners, which can scratch or cloud acrylic. You can also mix a few drops of mild dish soap (like Dawn) with lukewarm water, or use a specialized acrylic/plastic cleaner (ammonia-free and alcohol-free, such as Brillianize, Novus #1, or similar products available online or at art/framing stores).
🧲 Will the magnets damage my wall?
If your frame includes wall magnets with a protective leaf, make sure to apply the protective leaf first to reduce the chances of harming your wall.

Returns & replacements

If your frame arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with a photo, and we’ll help with a replacement or solution.
